The Monticello Ponies volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Monroe Cheesemakers to 0 in the Ponies non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Ponies now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Mills for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Monticello will play a L-Cats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Poynette (Poynette, WI). The L-Cats record now stands at 10-7.
