The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Golden West Trailblazers (Visalia, CA) and the visiting Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA), saw Golden West's volleyball squad beat Mt. Whitney by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Golden West upgrades its record to 10-6 on the year. The Trailblazers travel to Porterville (Porterville, CA) to play the Panthers in a bout on Monday, September 26. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Porterville lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Redwood (Visalia, CA)

The Pioneers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Monache for a bout on Wednesday, September 28.
