The Wolverines now hold a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Roy for a 6A Region 2 test on Tuesday, September 27. Hunter will meet a Royals squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Granger (West Valley City, UT). The Royals record now stands at 11-3.

With the loss, Cyprus drops to 1-12 on the season. The Pirates host Kearns (Kearns, UT) to meet the Cougars in a 6A Region 2 test on Tuesday, September 27. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 10-5. Kearns won 1-0 in their recent league test against West (Salt Lake City, UT)
