In Thursday's league game, the East Mountain Timberwolves (Sandia Park, NM) soccer squad tipped the visiting Rehoboth Christian Lynx (Rehoboth, NM), by a final score of 3-2.
The Timberwolves (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Bosque (Albuquerque, NM). The Bobcats go into the A/3A District 1 challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Bosque tipped Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM), 6-0, in a league challenge.
The Lynx now possess a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santa Fe Indian for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 24. Rehoboth Christian will confront a Braves team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Santa Fe Prep (Santa Fe, NM). The Braves record now stands at 0-6.
