With the win, Northwest Christian upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Bourgade Catholic (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Golden Eagles in a bout on Thursday, October 13. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

The Eagles now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Trivium Prep for a non-league bout on Monday, September 26. Scottsdale Christian Academy will play a Crimson Knights squad coming off a 2-1 league win over St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ). The Crimson Knights record now stands at 3-1.
