The Valley Central Vikings volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Pine Bush Bushmen to 1 in the Vikings non-league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monroe-Woodbury for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 28. Valley Central will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Middletown (Middletown, NY). The Crusaders record now stands at 6-0.
The Bushmen (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Washingtonville (Washingtonville, NY). The Wizards enter the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Washingtonville nipped Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
