The Piedmont Community Charter Patriots smashed the visiting Carolina International Comets soccer squad by a margin of 8-0 in Thursday's league match.
The Patriots now sport a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Corvian Community for a Metro Eight 1A match on Tuesday, September 27. Piedmont Community Charter will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-8.
