Next, the Vikings confront the Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC) in a Coastal 3A challenge, on Tuesday, September 27. White Oak will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC).

The Panthers now possess a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Lenoir for a East Central 2A challenge on Monday, September 26. East Duplin will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 1-1 league Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-3.
