Harbor Creek Huskies (Harborcreek, PA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Huskies confront the Lakeside Dragons (Ashtabula, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 24. Harbor Creek will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Dragons enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Edgewood (Ashtabula, OH).

The Lancers now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mercyhurst Prep for a District 10 Region 3 challenge on Monday, September 26. General McLane will confront a Lakers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Seton LaSalle (Pittsburgh, PA). The Lakers record now stands at 8-2.
