The Arlington Eagles softball team (Arlington, NE), was routed 10-4 in Thursday's league test with the host Fort Calhoun Pioneers (Fort Calhoun, NE)

Coming up next, the Pioneers encounter the Yutan-Mead Patriots (Yutan, NE) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 24. Fort Calhoun will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Patriots enter the test with a 18-1 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Guardian Angels Central Catholic (West Point, NE).

The Eagles (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE). The enter the non-league test with a 11-13 record. In their last contest, Logan View/Scribner-Snyder nipped Pierce (Pierce, NE), 8-7, in a non-league contest.
