The Chattooga Indians softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Armuchee Indians to 8 in the Indians league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Chattooga improves its record to 11-5 on the year. The Indians travel to Trion (Trion, GA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 1A D-I Region 7 game on Tuesday, September 27. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 11-6. Trion won 9-0 in their recent league game against Coosa (Rome, GA)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Temple Tigers (Temple, GA) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 26. Armuchee will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 6-13 record after their 7-5 non-league win over Callaway (Hogansville, GA).
