The Mill Creek Hawks softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Mountain View Bears to 1 in the Hawks league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Mill Creek moves its record to 14-6 on the year. The Hawks host Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA) to clash with the Eagles in a 7A Region 8 game on Tuesday, September 27. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 8-9. Collins Hill lost 8-0 in their recent league game against Buford (Buford, GA)

In their next game, the Bears clash with the Central Gwinnett Black Knights (Lawrenceville, GA) in a 7A Region 8 game, on Monday, September 26. Mountain View will attempt to move on its 10-9 season record. The Black Knights come into the game with a 2-13 record after their 17-0 league loss to Dacula (Dacula, GA).
