In Thursday's league contest, the Southeast Bulloch Yellowjackets (Brooklet, GA) softball team overwhelmed the host New Hampstead Phoenix (Savannah, GA), by a margin of 13-1.
With the triumph, Southeast Bulloch moves its record to 12-6 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Islands (Savannah, GA) to play the Sharks in a 4A Region 3 contest on Tuesday, September 27. The Sharks come into the contest with a record of 12-4.
In their next game, the Phoenix play the Wayne County Yellow Jackets (Jesup, GA) in a 4A Region 3 contest, on Tuesday, September 27. New Hampstead will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record.
