Alabama High School Volleyball - Alexandria edged by Buckhorn

The Buckhorn Bucks held off the visiting Alexandria Valley Cubs volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bucks now have a 11-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mae Jemison for a test on Monday, September 26.

The Valley Cubs (17-9) will now prepare for their test against Plainview (Rainsville, AL). The Bears enter the non-league test with a 36-8 record. In their last test, Plainview held off New Hope (New Hope, AL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
