The P.K. Yonge Blue Wave volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Bradford Tornadoes to 1 in the Blue Wave league victory on Thursday.
The Blue Wave now have a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Branford for a non-league game on Monday, September 26. P.K. Yonge will meet a Buccaneers team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Bell (Bell, FL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 13-1.
The Tornadoes (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Interlachen (Interlachen, FL). The Rams enter the non-league game with a 6-5 record. In their last game, Interlachen nipped Peniel Baptist Academy (Palatka, FL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
