Idaho High School Volleyball - Mackay over Carey

September 22, 2022: Carey, ID 83320

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Mackay Miners (Mackay, ID) and the host Carey Panthers (Carey, ID), saw Mackay's volleyball squad beat Carey by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Mackay upgrades its record to 12-2 on the year. The Miners travel to Grace Lutheran (Pocatello, ID) to play the Royals in a bout on Saturday, September 24. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Grace Lutheran won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Taylor's Crossing (Idaho Falls, ID)

The Panthers now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Valley for a Snake River Valley bout on Tuesday, September 27. Carey will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Wendell (Wendell, ID). The Vikings record now stands at 3-8.
