The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD) and the visiting Langford Lions (Langford, SD), saw Ipswich's volleyball squad beat Langford by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Ipswich upgrades its record to 10-7 on the year. The Tigers travel to North Central (Eureka, SD) to play the Thunder in a B Region 2 bout on Monday, September 26. The Thunder go into the bout with a record of 2-9. North Central lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Sully Buttes (Onida, SD)

The Lions now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Faulkton for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 27.
