The Kewanee Boilermakers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Mendota Trojans to 0 in the Boilermakers league victory on Thursday.

The Boilermakers now have a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Princeton for a Three Rivers game on Monday, September 26. Kewanee will confront a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Erie-Prophetstown (Erie, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 4-10.

The Trojans (3-10) will now prepare for their game against Putnam County (Granville, IL). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, Putnam County gained a win over Midland (Varna, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
