The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Mt. Diablo Red Devils (Concord, CA) and the host Ygnacio Valley Wolves (Concord, CA), saw Mt. Diablo's volleyball squad beat Ygnacio Valley by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Mt. Diablo upgrades its record to 1-10 on the year. The Red Devils travel to St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 13-8. St. Patrick-St. Vincent won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Hercules (Hercules, CA)

The Wolves now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Contra Costa Christian for a non-league bout on Monday, September 26. Ygnacio Valley will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Making Waves Academy (Richmond, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-4.
