The Palmerton Blue Bombers volleyball team (Palmerton, PA), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders (Easton, PA)

The Crusaders (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA). The Rough Riders enter the Colonial challenge with a 3-8 record. In their last challenge, Catasauqua was dropped by Pocono Mountain East (Swiftwater, PA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blue Bombers meet the Jim Thorpe Olympians (Jim Thorpe, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 26. Palmerton will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Olympians enter the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 3-1 league win over North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA).
