The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Reeltown Rebels (Notasulga, AL) and the host Verbena Red Devils (Verbena, AL), saw Reeltown's volleyball squad beat Verbena by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Reeltown upgrades its record to 4-5 on the year. The Rebels travel to Horseshoe Bend (New Site, AL) to play the Generals in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 13-5. Horseshoe Bend won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Central of Clay County (Lineville, AL)

The Red Devils now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Maplesville for a 1A Area 7 bout on Tuesday, September 27.
