The Russell County Warriors volleyball team (Seale, AL), was dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Smiths Station Panthers (Smiths, AL)

The Panthers (4-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Harris County (Hamilton, GA). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 25-15 record. In their last challenge, Harris County was dropped by Northgate (Newnan, GA), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Shaw Raiders (Columbus, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 24. Russell County will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 22-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Glenwood (Phenix City, AL).
