The Walnut Grove Warriors topped the visiting Southwest DeKalb Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Warriors now have a 14-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hapeville Charter for a 4A Area 6 test on Thursday, September 22. Walnut Grove will confront a Hornets team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Tri-Cities (East Point, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-18.

The Panthers (19-10) will now prepare for their test against Riverdale (Riverdale, GA). The Raiders enter the 4A Area 6 test with a 15-5 record. In their last test, Riverdale gained a win over Clarkston (Clarkston, GA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
