The Southside Cardinals football squad scored 21 points and restricted the visiting Medina Valley Panthers to 17 in the Cardinals league victory on Friday.

The Cardinals now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South San Antonio for a 5A-1 Region IV District 13 battle on Friday, September 29.
