In Friday's league match, the visiting Mount Ayr Raiders football squad scored a close 19-14 victory over the North Mahaska Warhawks.
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Lynnville-Sully Hawks (Sully, IA) in a A District 6 match, on Friday, September 29. Mount Ayr will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Hawks enter the match with a 3-2 record after their 26-10 league loss to Wayne (Corydon, IA).
