In Friday's league match, the visiting Northwest Jaguars football squad scored a good 30-8 victory over the Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles.

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 29. Northwest will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Barons enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 48-0 league win over Kennedy (Silver Spring, MD).

The Screamin' Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Richard Montgomery (Rockville, MD). The Rockets enter the Montgomery County 4A - West match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Richard Montgomery thwarted Northwood (Silver Spring, MD), 49-13, in a non-league match.
