Ohio High School Football - Troy defeats Piqua

In Friday's league match, the host Troy Trojans football squad scored a good 14-0 victory over the Piqua Indians.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Xenia Buccaneers (Xenia, OH) in a Miami Valley League match, on Friday, September 29. Troy will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Buccaneers enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 28-21 league loss to Fairborn (Fairborn, OH).

The Indians (1-5) will now prepare for their match against West Carrollton (West Carrollton, OH). The Pirates enter the Miami Valley League match with a 0-6 record. In their last match, West Carrollton dropped by Stebbins (Riverside, OH), 23-20, in a league match.
