The Williamson Warriors (Tioga, PA) soccer nudged the host Addison Knights (Addison, NY), 1-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
With the win, Williamson moves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Towanda (Towanda, PA) to battle the Black Knights in a PIAA District IV-AA bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Black Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Towanda won 7-3 in their recent non-league bout against Sullivan County (Laporte, PA)
In their next game, the Knights battle the Avoca Central Tigers (Avoca, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 23. Addison will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 6-2 league win over Hammondsport (Hammondsport, NY).
