The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Housatonic-Wamogo Mountaineers (Falls Village, CT) and the visiting Wamogo Warriors (Litchfield, CT), saw Housatonic-Wamogo's soccer squad triumph over Wamogo by a count of 8-0.
The Mountaineers now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Terryville for a non-league test on Monday, September 25. Housatonic-Wamogo will meet a Kangaroos squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Litchfield (Litchfield, CT). The Kangaroos record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Wamogo drops to 1-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT) to meet the Chiefs in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 27. The Chiefs come into the test with a record of 4-0.
