In Friday's league battle, the host Calvary Day School Cougars soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Westchester Country Day Wildcats.
The Cougars (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Forsyth Country Day (Lewisville, NC). The Furies come into the NCISAA Piedmont battle with a 6-5 record. In their last battle, Forsyth Country Day was nudged by Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC), 6-0, in a league battle.
The Wildcats (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC). The Trojans come into the NCISAA Piedmont battle with a 13-0 record. In their last match, Wesleyan Christian Academy got by Forsyth Country Day (Lewisville, NC), 6-0, in a league match.
