The Crestwood Comets soccer team scored 3 points and limited the host Wyoming Area Warriors to 0 in the Comets league victory on Friday.
Next, the Comets face the Hazleton Area Cougars (Hazleton, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 1 contest, on Tuesday, September 26. Crestwood will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 5-2 record after their 1-0 league win over Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA).
The Warriors now have a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Mountain View for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 23. Wyoming Area will face a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Dunmore (Dunmore, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-2.
