Pieper Warriors (San Antonio, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Wagner Thunderbirds (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 26 match, on Tuesday, September 26. Pieper will attempt to advance on its 22-8 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the match with a 7-23 record after their 3-1 league loss to Veterans Memorial (San Antonio, TX).

With the loss, Boerne-Champion drops to 18-13 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX) to clash with the Rangers in a 5A Region IV District 26 match on Tuesday, September 26.
