California High School Volleyball - Del Norte tips Poway

The Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA) volleyball nudged the host Poway Titans (Poway, CA), 3-2 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Del Norte betters its record to 13-5 on the year. The Nighthawks travel to Westview (San Diego, CA) to face the Wolverines in a Palomar outing on Tuesday, September 26. The Wolverines go into the outing with a record of 14-3. Westview won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Poway (Poway, CA)

The Titans now sport a 12-6 record. They play next when they host San Marcos for a Palomar outing on Tuesday, September 26. Poway will face a Knights squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA). The Knights record now stands at 21-7.
