Texas High School Volleyball - Fort Bend Austin over Fort Bend Hightower

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) and the visiting Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX), saw Fort Bend Austin's volleyball squad beat Fort Bend Hightower by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Fort Bend Austin upgrades its record to 21-13 on the year. The Bulldogs host Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX) to play the Vikings in a 6A Region III District 20 bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 2-19. Fort Bend Dulles lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX)

The Hurricanes now own a 14-13 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Travis for a 6A Region III District 20 bout on Tuesday, September 26. Fort Bend Hightower will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 11-13.
