Texas High School Volleyball - Magnolia over Lake Creek

Magnolia Bulldogs (Magnolia, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Lake Creek Lions (Montgomery, TX), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Montgomery Bears (Montgomery, TX) in a 5A Region III District 21 match, on Tuesday, September 26. Magnolia will attempt to advance on its 16-13 season record. The Bears come into the match with a 21-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Brenham (Brenham, TX).

With the loss, Lake Creek drops to 13-19 on the campaign. The Lions travel to A&M Consolidated (College Station, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 5A Region III District 21 match on Tuesday, September 26. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 11-22. A&M Consolidated lost 3-2 in their recent league match against Rudder (Bryan, TX)
