In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Cherokee Chiefs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Washburn Pirates.
The Chiefs (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Volunteer (Church Hill, TN). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record.
Next, the Pirates play the Cosby Eagles (Cosby, TN) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Washburn will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record.
