The Starr's Mill Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Landmark Christian War Eagles to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now have a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Troup County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. Starr's Mill will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Columbus (Columbus, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
The War Eagles (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Newnan (Newnan, GA). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 17-3 record. In their last outing, Newnan defeated East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
