Richmond Senior Raiders (Rockingham, NC) backers were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Raiders (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 12-1 record. In their last challenge, Pinecrest beat Hoggard (Wilmington, NC), 2-1, in a non-league game.

The Timberwolves (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Randleman (Randleman, NC). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Randleman gained a win over Lexington Senior (Lexington, NC), 2-0, in a league game.
