In Monday's league outing, the visiting Williamsville North Spartans soccer squad scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Lancaster Legends.

The Spartans (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Nichols (Buffalo, NY). The Vikings come into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Nichols edged International Prep at Grover (Buffalo, NY), 6-1, in a non-league test.

The Legends now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clarence for a ECIC I test on Wednesday, September 24. Lancaster will play a Red Devils squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Orchard Park (Orchard Park, NY). The Red Devils record now stands at 7-1.
