Arab Knights (Arab, AL) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Boaz Pirates (Boaz, AL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Arab improves its record to 15-19 on the season. The Knights travel to Austin (Decatur, AL) to meet the Black Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Black Bears come into the challenge with a record of 26-4. Austin won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against West Morgan (Trinity, AL)

Next, the Pirates meet the Crossville Lions (Crossville, AL) in a 5A Area 13 challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Boaz will attempt to upgrade on its 16-13 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Sardis (Boaz, AL).
