In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Danville Admirals volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Burgin Bulldogs.
The Admirals (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln County (Stanford, KY). The Patriots go into the District 45 test with a 2-15 record. In their last test, Lincoln County was defeated by Franklin County (Frankfort, KY), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Anderson County for a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. Burgin will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Frankfort (Frankfort, KY). The Bearcats record now stands at 5-14.
