In Monday's league match, the Swansboro Pirates (Swansboro, NC) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Pirates confront the West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC) in a Coastal 5A/6A match, on Tuesday, September 23. Swansboro will attempt to better on its 15-1 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 13-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC).
