In Monday's league challenge, the host Lincoln County Patriots volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Garrard County Golden Lions.

With the win, Lincoln County improves its record to 3-15 on the season. The Patriots host Danville (Danville, KY) to face the Admirals in a District 45 test on Tuesday, September 23. The Admirals go into the test with a record of 6-10. Danville won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Burgin (Burgin, KY)

The Golden Lions now own a 5-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mercer County for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 23. Garrard County will play a Titans team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Boyle County (Danville, KY). The Titans record now stands at 7-6.
