Fans at Monday's league contest between the Yazoo City Indians (Yazoo City, MS) and the visiting Gentry Rams (Indianola, MS), observed Yazoo City's volleyball team top Gentry by a count of 3-0.

The Indians (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Gentry (Indianola, MS). The Rams go into the Class 4A Region 4 battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, Gentry was defeated by Louisville (Louisville, MS), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Rams now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Louisville for a Class 4A Region 4 test on Tuesday, September 23. Gentry will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Yazoo City (Yazoo City, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-9.
