Fans at Monday's league contest between the Highland Prep Honey Badgers (Surprise, AZ) and the host River Valley Dust Devils (Mohave Valley, AZ), observed Highland Prep's volleyball team top River Valley by a tally of 3-1.

The Honey Badgers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Chino Valley (Chino Valley, AZ). The Cougars enter the 3A - West contest with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Chino Valley was defeated by Highland Prep West (Avondale, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Dust Devils now own a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kingman for a 3A - West test on Tuesday, September 23. River Valley will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to ALA - West Foothills (Waddell, AZ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.
