The Pine Grove Panthers (Ripley, MS) volleyball knocked off the host Jumpertown Cardinals (Booneville, MS), 3-0 in Monday's league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 18-10 record. They play next when they host Biggersville for a Class 1A Region 1 bout on Tuesday, September 23. Pine Grove will clash with a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Thrasher (Booneville, MS). The Lions record now stands at 5-14.
With the loss, Jumpertown drops to 2-13 on the campaign. The Cardinals host New Site (New Site, MS) to clash with the Royals in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 25. The Royals come into the bout with a record of 8-10. New Site lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Walnut (Walnut, MS)
