The Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) volleyball overcame the visiting Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, Upson-Lee upgrades its record to 8-25 on the year. The Knights travel to Jackson (Jackson, GA) to play the Red Devils in a AAA Area 2 outing on Saturday, September 25. The Red Devils go into the outing with a record of 6-9.
The Greyhounds now own a 5-14 record. They play next when they host Upson-Lee for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 30. Jones County will play a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Rutland (Macon, GA). The Knights record now stands at 11-27.
