California High School Football - Avalon can't get by Hesperia Christian

The Hesperia Christian Patriots tipped the host Avalon Lancers football team by a final score of 36-34 in Friday's non-league test.

With the triumph, Hesperia Christian improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Lucerne Valley (Lucerne Valley, CA) to battle the Mustangs in a Agape (8 Man) test on Friday, September 30. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 0-5. Lucerne Valley lost 56-6 in their recent non-league test against Trona (Trona, CA)

With the loss, Avalon drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Villanova Prep (Ojai, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, October 1. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-2. Villanova Prep lost 40-26 in their recent non-league test against Coast Union (Cambria, CA)
