South Kingstown Rebels (Wakefield, RI) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rebels confront the Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 1. South Kingstown will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.

The Falcons now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Barrington for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 26. Cranston West will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Smithfield (Esmond, RI). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
