The China Spring Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Connally Cadets to 0 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now have a 15-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gatesville for a 4A Region III District 23 game on Tuesday, September 27. China Spring will meet a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Robinson (Robinson, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 13-15.
The Cadets (4-15) will now prepare for their game against Salado (Salado, TX). The Eagles enter the 4A Region III District 23 game with a 21-14 record. In their last game, Salado gained a win over La Vega (Waco, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
